Easy onboarding for new business owners

Before the daily cycle of leads and delivery, you set up your business once: register your business, create a site, add employees under that site, add a driver. Then you run. No long setup—so new business owners know exactly what to do.

  1. Register your business and create your organization

    Sign up and create your organization in OrderBridge. This is your company—you can add multiple sites under it and manage everything from one place.

  2. Create your first site (office or location)

    Add a site for each office or area you operate from. Each site will have its own manager, employees, and driver. You can add more sites later as you scale.

  3. Create employees under the site

    Add field employees and assign them to the site. These are the people who go door-to-door to collect leads and take advance from customers. They log everything in the app.

  4. Add a driver and assign the vehicle

    Add a driver to the site. The site manager will plan daily delivery routes for the driver based on the leads collected by employees. Driver delivers orders and collects remaining payment.

  5. Start capturing leads and running delivery

    You're set. Employees go out, log leads and advance. Manager sees leads, builds the route. Driver runs the route and marks deliveries done. Owner sees everything across all sites.

Manager plans the route

The manager builds the next day’s delivery route from the leads. The driver gets a clear list of stops and amounts to collect.
